Members of Madison Hose Company #1 were busy this month visiting local schools in our district to talk with students about fire safety. In addition to learning about fire prevention, kids and their teachers had a chance to talk with firefighters and ask questions, see a firefighter in full turnout gear and of course tour a fire engine. Schools that participated include, J. Milton Jeffrey Elementary, OLM Prep, Madison School for Young Children, St. Andrew's Nursery School and the Town Campus Learning Center.
